Gary Topiol

Gary joined Maru in 2018 to pursue his belief that combining powerful software with curious insight professionals truly unlocks the value of insight and makes a genuine difference to brands and their customers.

With nearly 30 years’ experience in the Customer Experience industry, Gary pioneered the use of SaaS customer experience programs in Europe. While Managing Director for InMoment, he led the development of their European division from early stages through scale up. Having developed a passion for how innovation in software can revolutionize the insights industry – he became CEO of Maru/HUB. The firm is deeply embedding proprietary IP in their HUB platform to enable organizations to understand how their customers feel, behave and think.
