Sarah Havard-James

Sarah Havard-James has accumulated extensive work experience in the market research industry. Sarah started their career as a Research Executive at Research International in 1998 before moving on to roles at Trinity Mirror plc, where they held positions such as Strategic Planning Executive and Research Manager. Sarah then transitioned to Aviva as an Insight Manager before joining LV= as a Research Manager and eventually progressing to the role of Head of Insight. Most recently, they have become the Director of Client Services at Maru Group in August 2022.

Sarah Havard-James completed their secondary education at Corfe Hills School from 1989 to 1994. Sarah then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Economics & French at the University of Leeds from 1994 to 1998.
