Richard Boyden

Richard Boyden has a diverse and extensive work experience in various legal and business roles. Richard began their career at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where they worked as an associate, handling corporate investments and commercial transactions between the US, Europe, and Asia. Richard then joined Paul Hastings as an associate, specializing in corporate and commercial transactions for clients in various industries.

Boyden continued to expand their legal and business expertise at AIG Companies Japan and Korea, where they served as an assistant general counsel and advised management on legal issues. Richard also negotiated deals and implemented regulatory relations and lobbying strategies to protect the company's interests.

Next, they worked at Temple University School of Law as an adjunct professor before joining Taiyo Pacific Partners as a director.
