Brent Engelman

Brent Engelman has held various positions in the field of education and information technology. In 2021, they began working as the Vice President of Education Services at MSF&W Consulting, Inc. From 2017 to 2021, they served as the Director of Education Data & Information Systems at the Council of Chief State School Officers. From 2001 to 2017, they worked at the Illinois State Board of Education, first as the Information Technology Division Administrator/Director, then as the Information Technology Division Supervisor, and finally as a Software Developer. From 2005 to 2017, they were the School Board President at Nokomis Community Unit District #22. From 1998 to 2001, they worked as a Software Developer at MasterCard.

Brent Engelman received a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Illinois State University between 1990 and 1994. Brent then attended the University of Missouri-Saint Louis between 1998 and 2000, studying Computer Programming, Specific Applications.
