Sam Ganci has over 10 years of professional experience. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as a Policy and Research Analyst at the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity. During this time, they performed technical writing, developed and delivered policy training presentations, and used MS Content Management Server to manage and update content. From 2011 to 2012, they were a Technical Recruiter at LRS Consulting Services, where they were responsible for full life-cycle recruitment of candidates for IT positions. From 2012 to 2013, they worked at MSF&W as a Director of Recruiting and Business Development/Account Executive. In these roles, they led recruitment and staffing of IT positions, wrote proposals in response to RFPs and client requests, maintained relationships with clients, and led meetings with existing customers to gather and document requirements. In 2013, they began working as an Adjunct Faculty at Robert Morris University, Chicago, IL, where they have been teaching courses in the college's 'Career Management' curriculum area. Finally, from 2009 to 2011, they were the Workforce Development Program Coordinator at Lincoln Land Community College, where they organized and managed workforce development training programs, recruited candidates for training programs and teaching positions, and managed a recruitment effort that resulted in over 200 new applicants.

Sam Ganci obtained their MBA in Business Admin/ MIS - IT Project Management from the University of Illinois Springfield in 2010. Prior to that, they attended Glenwood High.
