Pooja Arora

Pooja Arora is currently serving as the Head of Department (DGM) - Sales HR at Maruti Suzuki India Limited. With a background in Human Resource Management, Pooja has extensive experience in talent management, workforce planning, and training interventions. Prior to their current role, Pooja held key positions at Jindal Steel & Power Ltd. and is also a Council Member at WICCI Haryana HR Council, focusing on supporting women entrepreneurs and professionals. Pooja has a PGDM in Human Resource Management and a BEng in Computer Science.
