Saurabh Kumar

Saurabh Kumar has over 16 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Maruti Suzuki India Limited since March 2016. Saurabh has held various roles within Maruti Suzuki, progressing from Manager to Senior Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Deputy General Manager. Prior to this, Saurabh worked as an Employee Relations Manager at Tata Motors from September 2008 to February 2016 and served as a Senior Officer at Hindalco Industries Limited from June 2007 to September 2008. Saurabh holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Xavier Institute of Social Service, completed in April 2007.
