Shahab Alam is an experienced HR professional with a background in managing HR processes, talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, employee relations, and HR analytics. Over the years, Shahab has held various managerial positions in reputable companies such as Maruti Suzuki India Limited, Bharti Walmart Ltd (JV with Wal-Mart), and India Yamaha Motor Pvt Ltd. Shahab holds an MBA in Human Resources from Amity University and a B.COM in Commerce from the University of Lucknow.
