Marvel Fusion
Daniel Rivas began their work experience as a PhD Student at the Max Planck Institute for Quantum Optics in September 2011. Daniel completed their role in November 2016. Following this, they worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at ICFO from November 2016 to October 2018. Daniel then transitioned to the European XFEL, where they held the position of Instrument Scientist from November 2018 to December 2022. Currently, they are employed at Marvel Fusion as a Senior Scientist starting from February 2023.
Daniel Rivas has a strong education background in the field of Physics. Daniel obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the Universidad de Chile in the years 2005 to 2008. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Physics from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile from 2009 to 2011. Lastly, they completed their highest level of education, a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Physics, from the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München from 2011 to 2015.
