Mariana Martinez Pacheco

Mariana Martinez Pacheco has extensive research and engineering experience, having held various intern and collaborator roles in companies such as terraplasma medical GmbH and CIDETEQ, SC. Mariana has also been a Research Collaborator at Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla. In these roles, Mariana characterized and optimized plasma sources, executed microbiological and physical-technical investigations, and evaluated experimental data. In addition, they improved the photocatalytic process for the degradation of tartrazine employing composite catalysts and analyzed different lanthanides' electrochemical behavior. Mariana also participated in McKinsey & Company's McKinsey Firsthand Program and became a Strategy Manager at Marvel Fusion in 2022.

Mariana Martinez Pacheco started their education in 2014, pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Nanotechnology and molecular engineering at Universidad de las Américas Puebla, and graduated in 2019. In 2018, they studied at the Technical University of Munich, focusing on Chemie as part of an exchange program. In 2019, Mariana started their Master of Science degree in Materials Science Exploring Large Scale Facilities at the Università degli Studi di Torino, which they finished in 2020. From 2020 to 2021, they completed a program in Geomaterials and Geochemistry, also in Materials Science, at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. There is currently no information on additional certifications.
