VP People at Marvel Fusion

Marija Kose has extensive experience in the area of HR, particularly in startups and marketing agencies. Her most recent position is as the VP of People for the energy startup, Marvel Fusion, where they are tasked with leading the People function and taking the company to the next level. Prior to this, they were the Director of People at the AI startup, Helsing, where they achieved a lot in a short period of time. Marija has also worked as the Head of People & Culture at the hypergrowth rocket launcher startup, Isar Aerospace, where they oversaw the company's expansion to four different countries and implemented modern people processes and practices to enable the company to grow. Earlier in their career, Marija served as the Global HR Director for Konica Minolta Marketing Services and as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at InnerWorkings. Marija started their career as an Executive Search Consultant at Quantum Search & Selection.

Marija Kose has a diverse education history that spans various fields of study. Marija obtained a BA in English and Spanish from Ss Cyril & Methodius University in 2005 before pursuing an MA in English Language & Multimedia from the University of Warwick in 2005-2006. In 2008-2009, they completed a Human Resources Management Level 3 program from CIPD Qualifications. From 2016 to 2017, they attended Middlesex University and earned a Postgraduate Diploma Level 7 CIPD in Talent Management & Human Resources Management. In 2021, Marija participated in an Executive Leadership Programme in Business Administration and Management, General at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Along with these programs, they also obtained several certifications from different institutions, including The HR Consultant: A Masterclass with Bill Pelster, People as Competitive Advantage, The Agile Learning Organisation, and an Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) from CIPD between 2017-2021.
