Jaya Minhas

Jaya Minhas has a diverse range of work experience. Jaya is currently working as a Program Manager at Google (Powered by Marvel Marketers) since October 2022. Previously, they worked as a Program Manager at ASCRS Foundation from February 2020 to January 2022, where they connected ASCRS members with patients in need of humanitarian eye care. Prior to that, they were a Program Manager at Girls Inc. from January 2019 to August 2019, where they managed a team and built relationships with global STEM-corporations and local schools. Before that, they worked as a Strategic Research Coordinator at EAB from January 2018 to December 2018, leading coordination efforts for high-risk stakeholders. Additionally, they served as a Literacy and Educator Coordinator at Story Shares from June 2016 to January 2018, where they grew and maintained a digital audience. Jaya also worked as a Multicultural Affairs Project Manager and Coordinator at Albright College from January 2017 to May 2017, organizing events and managing marketing efforts to educate students on gender and racial inequalities.

Jaya Minhas completed their Bachelor of Arts degree at Albright College from 2013 to 2017. During their undergraduate studies, they pursued co-majors in French Studies and Spanish Studies and also earned a minor in Women and Gender Studies. In 2016, they attended Université Stendhal Grenoble 3 for an intensive language program, where they obtained a CUEF-C1 certification in French.

In terms of additional certifications, Jaya obtained several skills and knowledge through online platforms and institutions. In August 2022, they completed certifications in "Cultivating Cultural Competence and Inclusion," "Driving Change and Anti-Racism," "Equity First: The Path to Inclusion and Belonging," and "Leading without Formal Authority" from LinkedIn. Additionally, they acquired the "Lean Six Sigma Foundations" certification from the Project Management Institute in August 2022.

Earlier in May 2022, Jaya earned a certification in "Project Management Foundations" from LinkedIn and completed training in "Salesforce Essential Training" from LinkedIn. Lastly, they obtained a certification in "Salesforce CRM - A Complete Introduction for new users" from Udemy. The specific month and year of completion for the latter certification are not provided.
