Ariel Bar-Lev

Ariel Bar-Lev possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and management, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Global Talent Acquisition for EMEA and APAC at Marvell Technology, while also overseeing global talent branding. Previously, Ariel held various leadership roles at Intel Corporation, including Senior Talent Strategy Lead and Team Leader/Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. Additional experience includes serving as Recruitment Manager for Israel Tech Challenge, a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor while self-employed, and as a Global University Recruiter and Career Advisor for Israel Experience®. Ariel holds a B.A. in Behavioral Sciences with a focus on Human Resource Management from The College of Management Academic Studies, complemented by further education at Peres Academic Center from 2020 to 2022.
