Arun Hegde

Arun Hegde is a distinguished engineer with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as a Distinguished Engineer at Marvell Technology since January 2018, focusing on custom design explorations and compiler development for high-performance low-power applications. Prior to Marvell, Arun held multiple engineering and leadership roles at Cavium Inc., where efforts included achieving full chip timing closure and variability analysis for advanced nodes. Arun's earlier career includes significant positions at AMD, where management of global memory compiler teams and circuit design for low-voltage operation in 20nm processes were key responsibilities, as well as design contributions at Sun Microsystems and Compaq. Arun Hegde holds an Advanced Graduate Certificate from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, a Master's in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, and a Bachelor's in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka.
