Kelvin Vivian

Kelvin Vivian is an accomplished legal professional specializing in intellectual property with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as Director and Assistant General Counsel for IP Development at Marvell Semiconductor since December 2007, Kelvin has held various senior leadership roles including Senior Director and Associate General Counsel. Prior to Marvell Semiconductor, Kelvin worked as an Associate at Sawyer Law Group LLP and Fish & Richardson P.C., and interned at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Kelvin began a legal career as a Summer Associate at Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP. Kelvin holds a Juris Doctor degree from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
