Victor Fang

Victor Fang has over a decade of experience in engineering, currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Marvell Semiconductor since September 2012, specializing in digital design, customized cell library, and IP development. Prior to this role, Victor was a Staff Engineer at MediaTek USA Inc. from April 2009 to September 2012, focusing on standard cell design and library development. Victor holds a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.
