Dhruv Marwadi

Mr. Dhruv Marwadi completed his Bsc Management from the University of Warwick, UK, prior to joining Marwadi Financial Services as a Director in 2020. He has since then been working closely on internal strategic initiatives that are directed towards increasing the innovative, collaborative and productive quotient of the company. To achieve this, he has been working towards promoting employee engagement. Furthermore, he also has a keen interest in consumer psychology and has been exploring ways to improve the UI/UX on their digital platforms. He believes this is an essential element as it can have a positive impact on the digital journey of the Company’s customers.
