James M. LaTerza

James La Terza is an Assistant Vice President in Marx|Okubo’s New York office, serves as the office’s structural engineer responsible for preconstruction project reviews, construction administration, construction monitoring and property condition assessments.

Most recently, he served as the Structural Engineering Team Leader and Technical Director of Special Inspections for an 80-person A-E firm that specializes in renovation, restoration, and retrofit programs for building structures in New York City.
