Neal Dominick

Neal Dominick is a seasoned professional in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering with extensive experience in building system assessments and property reviews. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Marx|Okubo Associates, Inc., since December 2015, Neal has conducted assessments for over 350 commercial properties totaling more than 60 million square feet. Previous roles include Practice Leader - Mechanical at KCI Technologies, Inc., where leadership was provided to a team of 20 personnel, and Director of Engineering at Redding Linden Burr, Inc., focusing on quality control for multiple project teams. Neal's earlier experience includes founding and leading BLN Engineering, Inc. as President, and holding senior engineering positions at VITETTA and ccrd partners, demonstrating a solid background in HVAC and plumbing systems across various sectors. Neal holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University.
