Samantha K. Gragg

Samantha K. Gragg, Assistant Vice President in the Seattle office, performs architectural consulting, property condition assessments, and owner’s representation services across Washington and Oregon.

She also conducts pre-construction project reviews, building envelope investigations and on-site observations for diverse construction projects to evaluate quality control, funding recommendations and budget analysis. Additional experience includes property condition assessments for retail, office, hospitality and multifamily projects, as well as construction and architectural projects, including retail, commercial, mixed-use residential, and community college and K-12 educational facilities.
