Cynthia Springer

Cynthia Springer has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Cynthia is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital since December 2022. Prior to this, from 2017 to 2022, they worked at Purdue University Fort Wayne, where they held the positions of Associate Vice Chancellor of Human Resources & Institutional Equity and Chief Human Resources Executive.

Between 2010 and 2017, they served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer at GREAAT SCHOOLS, INC., where they led the vision and strategic direction of the organization and Grand Rapids Ellington Academy of Arts and Technology.

Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Management & Organizational Development from Aquinas College - Grand Rapids in 1999. Cynthia also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Davenport University, which they earned from 1987 to 1990. Additionally, they obtained an Associate's degree in Legal Studies from Davenport University from 1984 to 1987. Apart from their degrees, Cynthia has received various certifications such as being a Dean's List recipient, Distinguished Scholar, and Highest Course Grade achiever, particularly in legal subjects.
