The board of directors at Mary Hare School has a history of experience in a variety of industries and types of education. These include coaching and careers, executive leadership, finance, law, and publishing. The board members have also worked for a variety of companies, including self-employed businesses, SQW Group, TM plc, Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, Clifford Chance, and Oxford University Press. In addition, several members have experience as councillors for West Berkshire Council.
