Vikas Rathi

Vikas Rathi has extensive experience in the healthcare field, particularly in the areas of non-invasive cardiology and cardiovascular MRI. Vikas began their career at Allegheny General Hospital in 2007, where they held the positions of Associate Director of Cardiovascular MRI and Assistant Professor of Medicine until 2010. In 2010, Vikas joined Bon Secours Richmond Health System and served as the Director of Cardiovascular MRI and later as the Director of Non Invasive Cardiology/Imaging. Vikas'sexpertise and leadership have contributed significantly to the advancement of these medical specialties.

Vikas Rathi obtained a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree in Medicine from Dr. SN Medical College in Jodhpur, India, from 1989 to 1995. Vikas then pursued a MD degree in Internal Medicine at SMS Medical College in Jaipur, India, from 1996 to 1999. Following this, they attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham from 2000 to 2001, where they obtained another MD degree, this time in Cardiovascular MRI. From 2001 to 2003, they furthered their education at Allegheny General Hospital, specializing in Internal Medicine. Vikas then completed a fellowship in Cardiovascular MRI at Allegheny General Hospital from 2003 to 2004. Finally, from 2004 to 2006, they pursued a fellowship in Cardiovascular Diseases at Allegheny General Hospital.
