Mary Katrantzou
Stefania Vardouli has held multiple positions throughout their work experience. From 2009 to 2013, they worked at Hellenic Dairies SA, initially as an Assistant Marketing Manager, then as a Trade Marketing Manager, and eventually as a General Legal Consultant. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as an Attorney At Law at Stefania Vardouli Law Office. Stefania then had a brief internship at Condé Nast France in 2018 as a Marketing and Publicity Intern for Vogue USA. In the same year, they worked as a Marketing & Communication Coordinator at Promostyl. From 2018 to 2022, they held the position of Operations & VIP Relations Director at Mary Katrantzou, and later became the Interim Chief Executive Officer before being promoted to Chief Executive Officer in 2023.
Stefania Vardouli pursued their education in a chronological manner. Stefania started their academic journey at Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon from 2002 to 2008, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in Law. Following this, they attended Edinburgh Napier University from 2008 to 2009, acquiring a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management. In 2014, Stefania attended THE HENSHALL CENTRE for Public Relations School 1, focusing on subjects such as Public Relations strategy, event management, and press release drafting. Moving forward, they completed a Certificate in International Contracts from the International Chamber of Commerce in 2016. Lastly, Stefania pursued a Master's degree in International Marketing from ESMOD École Supérieure des Arts et techniques de la Mode, which took place between 2017 and 2018.

Mary Katrantzou
Born in Athens, Mary Katrantzou studied Architecture at Rhode Island School of Design (USA) and graduated with a BA in Textile design and an MA in Fashion from Central Saint Martins (London). Her graduation show in 2008, which featured trompe l’oeil prints of oversized jewellery on jersey-bonded dresses, took the industry by storm. After her graduation show, Mary Katrantzou established her namesake brand. Mary Katrantzou was dubbed "The Queen of Print" by press, a moniker that recognized the enormous influence of her work in the medium. In her designs, Katrantzou plays with clashing aesthetics, mixes technology and craftmanship and explores opulent innovative embellishments. Mary Katrantzou world is feminine, innovative, fresh and elegant. Mary Katrantzou has received various awards: Swiss Textiles Award in 2010 in recognition of her pioneering textile treatments; the British Fashion Award for Emerging Talent in 2011; Young Designer of the Year at the Elle Style Awards in 2012; the Vogue Designer Fashion Fund, Glamour designer of the year, Harper’s Bazaar Breakthrough Designer as well as the British Fashion Award for New Establishment Designer in 2015. Prestigious collaborations have included capsule ranges with Swarovski, Longchamp, Moncler, Topshop and Adidas Originals. Mary has also collaborated with artist Pablo Bronstein, designed costumes for the NYC Ballet and the Paris Opera and her work has been exhibited at the New York Metropolitan Museum and at Lord Rothschild’s « Creatures and Creations » exhibition at Waddesdon Manor in the UK. Dallas Contemporary museum presented « Mary, Queen of Prints », the first solo exhibition of Mary Katrantzou from January to March 2018. The exhibition brings more than 180 looks into one vibrant tableau. Mary Katrantzou is the guest designer of Victoria's Secret 2018 Fashion Show.
