Renee Troutt possesses extensive experience in various roles over their career, currently serving as a Scrum Master Advisor at FedEx Services since July 2017, following their tenure as a Scrum Master III and Sr. Business Applications Analyst within the same organization. Concurrently, Renee operates as an Independent Elite Team Leader at Mary Kay Inc., specializing in direct sales of skincare and cosmetics. Prior to these positions, Renee held roles at FedEx TechConnect as a Senior Performance and Planning Analyst and Performance and Planning Analyst, where expertise in SAS, Salesforce Administration, and MS SQL Server was developed. Additional experience includes a decade-long tenure at CBO, Inc. in diverse roles including Web Manager and Human Resource/Office Manager, as well as earlier positions at Millbrook Distribution Services where roles ranged from Electronic Commerce Technical Analyst to Information Center Manager.
