Steve Scannell has a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University. Steve has a wealth of experience in various engineering roles at companies such as Frito Lay, Yum! Brands, Andy OnCall® Franchising, Mary Kay Inc., and PepsiCo. In their current role as Consulting Engineer at PepsiCo, Steve works on R&D projects developing new snacks for various national brands. Steve also manages capital expenditure projects at Mary Kay's manufacturing facility and owned a successful franchised home repair business in the past. Steve has a strong background in process operations, product development, and project management.
