Eugene Burger

Eugene Burger is a seasoned IT Project Manager with extensive experience in project and program management across various sectors. After retiring in July 2018, Eugene plans to establish a woman-owned project management and IT consulting company in Delaware. Prior to retirement, Eugene served as IT Project Manager at the Maryland Aviation Administration, managing significant projects including a $28 million airport-wide security system upgrade. Furthermore, Eugene held senior project management roles at Old Mutual Financial Network and Old Mutual Financial, leading various successful initiatives in life insurance and IT infrastructure integration. Eugene's early career included a pivotal role as AVP Director of Operations and Networks at The Baltimore Life Insurance Company, managing operations and an annual budget of $1.9 million. Educational background includes studies at Anne Arundel Community College.
