Rachael LaBattaglia, MPA, serves as a Senior Capital Analyst at the Maryland Aviation Administration since June 2023. Previously, Rachael held roles as a Senior Budget Analyst and Budget Analyst with the Maryland Department of Budget and Management from August 2019 to June 2023. A brief tenure as a Summer Local Government Management Fellow occurred at the City of Dover, DE in 2019. Rachael's experience includes serving as a Public Administration Fellow at the University of Delaware, where Rachael contributed to data collection and analysis for educational assessments. Rachael's earlier career includes a role as a Program Analyst Student Trainee at the US Department of Health and Human Services, and various positions with Volunteer NH, culminating as Programs Officer II, where Rachael managed a significant portfolio of federally-funded programs. Rachael also has a background in national service as an AmeriCorps member and leader, along with experience in education as a Spanish teacher. Rachael attained a Master of Public Administration from the University of Delaware and holds a Bachelor's degree from Towson University in Earth-Space Science and Secondary Education.
