Pelopidas Pappas

Pelopidas Pappas is a Senior Analyst in Private Capital Solutions at Rede Partners LLP since January 2025, specializing in Private Capital Advisory, GP-Led Secondaries, M&A, and NAV/GP Financing. Prior experience includes roles at Pictet Group in Private Equity focusing on Co-Investments, Fund of Funds, and Secondaries, as well as a position in Investment Banking at ING. Pelopidas also completed a Graduate Programme in Wealth Management at EFG International and gained early experience as a Private Equity Summer Intern at Brookstreet Equity Partners LLP. Leadership roles include serving as President of the Imperial College Sports Business Club and Vice-President of Finance Club UniPi. Pelopidas fulfilled Mandatory Military Service with the Hellenic Army and has a strong educational background with Master’s degrees in Finance from Imperial Business School and Imperial College London, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Financial Management from the University of Piraeus.
