Cheryl Butler-Moore

Cheryl Butler-Moore, MS MIS, CPCM, ITIL, currently serves as the Deputy Director of Contracts Executive Service at the Maryland Department of Transportation since June 2023. Previous experience includes roles such as Director of Contracts at Veracity Engineering, Sr. Manager of Subcontracts & Procurement at Cognosante, and Director of Contracts Management for the District of Columbia Public Schools. Cheryl's career also features positions as Sr. Manager in the Procurement Division at WSSC, Contracting Officer at WMATA, Program Director for Contract Administration at National Industries for the Blind, and Compliance Officer at One Economy Corp. Additionally, Cheryl has contributed to academia as an adjunct professor at various institutions. Cheryl holds a Master of Science in Management and Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Economics, both from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
