Danielle Wildman

Danielle Wildman currently serves as the Performance and Asset Manager at the Maryland Economic Development Corporation, where responsibilities include overseeing third-party managers, interacting with clients and government partners, and preparing project budgets. Previously, Danielle held multiple roles at COCM, including Assistant Director of Operations, where oversight of two student housing communities was key, and Assistant Director of Housing, managing application processes and room assignments. Earlier in Danielle's career, the role of Maintenance Coordinator at Capstone On Campus Management involved managing daily work requests and coordinating turnover processes. Danielle holds a Master of Business Administration in Leadership and Management Development from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Towson University.
