Lee Ann Sapp

Lee Ann Sapp, PMP, serves as the Program Manager at Maryland Health Benefit Exchange since May 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing the development, implementation, and enhancement of services provided by the consolidated services and fulfillment center vendors. Prior roles include Project Manager and Account Manager at The Agora Companies, Manager roles at Element Fleet Management, and various management positions at Custom Direct, Global Payments Inc., and Visa. Lee Ann Sapp holds a Master of Arts in Business Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Notre Dame of Maryland University, in addition to an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Penn State University.
