Jefferson Steele

Jefferson Steele is a seasoned photography professional with extensive experience in both education and the industry. Currently serving as the Photo Lab Manager at the Maryland Institute College of Art since May 2015, Jefferson has also worked as a Freelance Photographer for Baltimore City Paper since September 1994 and operates Jefferson Steele Photography as the owner since October 1993. Additionally, Jefferson contributed to the academic community as an Adjunct Photography Instructor at Stevenson University from August 2007 to December 2014, teaching a variety of courses including Basic and Intermediate Black & White Photography, Fashion Photography, and Advanced Photography - Studio Lighting. Jefferson holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Photography from the Maryland Institute College of Art, completed in 1993.
