Meg Kemp

Meg Kemp is the Founder and Principal Consultant at Alma Major, a design strategy consultancy specializing in inclusive human-centered design and behavioral research, serving notable clients such as the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and Women in Global Health since January 2020. In addition to consulting, Meg holds faculty positions and designs curricula for various programs at the Maryland Institute College of Art, including UX Design. Previous experience includes a role as Principal UX Design Consultant for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Project Manager at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and UX Architect at Catholic Relief Services. Meg's diverse background spans multiple roles in design and marketing, supported by a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Studies from Temple University and business education from the Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School.
