Rachel Mygatt is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in the nonprofit sector, currently serving Maryland Nonprofits since February 2015. In the role of Program Manager, Rachel develops outreach targets, represents the organization at various events, and has notable responsibilities in managing the Group Buying program and overseeing signature events, including the annual conference. Rachel previously held positions as Administration and Development Manager and Administrative Coordinator within the same organization, where key contributions included managing volunteer programs, securing sponsorships, and supporting grant proposals. Prior to Maryland Nonprofits, Rachel worked as a Development Associate at KIPP Baltimore. Rachel holds a Master of Social Work degree from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dickinson College.
