Organizational Development Team

The Organizational Development Team at the Maryland State Education Association focuses on advancing the skills and effectiveness of its members through strategic training, equity initiatives, political and legislative advocacy, and organizational empowerment. This team works collaboratively to support educators in their professional growth, promote inclusive practices, and engage in advocacy efforts to shape policy and improve educational systems.
