Danielle Bradley

Danielle Bradley has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Danielle began their career as a Student Intern at MedStar Washington Hospital Center in 2008 and later held a similar position at Family Services in 2009. In 2010, they transitioned to a role as a Mental Health Therapist at Hope Health Systems, Inc. Danielle then worked as a Mental Health Counselor at Conerstone montgomery from 2006 to 2009.

Seeking a change, Danielle joined DSW Inc.; Naartjie Kids Clothing Store as an Operations Manager in 2012 and remained in that role until 2016. Following this, they worked at Amazon as a Seasonal Staffing Specialist for a brief period before joining Strategic Factory in 2017 as a Human Resources Specialist until 2019.

Currently, Danielle is employed at Maryland Wellness, where they started as a Human Resources Specialist in 2019 and has since progressed within the organization. Danielle held the position of Human Resources Manager from 2020 to 2023 and currently serves as the Human Resources Director.

Danielle Bradley has a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland Baltimore, which was completed in 2010. Danielle also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Tulane University. In addition, they have obtained certifications, including being a member of the Chesapeake Human Resources Association, Inc and being an Associate professional in Human Resources certified by the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Danielle also has the LGSW certification from the Maryland Department of Human Services.
