Emily Muldoon is a dedicated mental health professional with extensive experience in providing therapeutic support to various populations, particularly adolescents and families. Currently serving as a Mental Health Therapist at Mary's Center, Emily focuses on reducing barriers to behavioral health assessments while delivering culturally appropriate, trauma-informed care. Emily has also volunteered as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for CASA DC and served as a Crisis Counselor for Crisis Text Line. Previous roles include providing clinical support to unaccompanied minors as an MSW Intern at the Florence Immigrant and Refugee Rights Project, and supporting family reunification efforts in various capacities at Lutheran Social Services of the National Capital Area. Emily holds a Master of Social Work from Boston College and a Bachelor's degree in Religious Studies from the College of the Holy Cross, complemented by international education experiences in Central America and Spain.
