Senior Director Of Sales Strategy And Key Accounts at Mary’s Gone Crackers

Dean Fischer has a strong background in sales and key account management. Dean began their career at Snyder's-Lance, Inc. in 2013, starting as an Area Sales & Marketing Manager and eventually being promoted to Senior Area Sales & Marketing Manager. At Snyder's-Lance, they successfully executed retail strategies for key accounts such as Ahold, Wakefern, Acme, Weis Markets, and Wegmans. During their time there, they ranked #1 nationwide in combined cases on the floor during incentive periods in 2016. In 2017, Dean moved to Campbell Soup Company as a National Account Manager for the Natural Channel. At Campbell, they managed key accounts including KeHE, New Seasons/New Leaf, NCG, and Natural Grocers, and was responsible for brands such as Kettle, Snack Factory Pretzel Crisps, and Snyder's of Hanover. Dean then joined Mary's Gone Crackers, Inc. in 2018, initially as a National Account Manager before being promoted to Director of Sales and eventually Senior Director of Sales Strategy and Key Accounts. In their current role at Mary's Gone Crackers, Dean oversees sales strategy and manages key accounts.

Dean Fischer completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing at Millersville University of Pennsylvania. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing at Saint Joseph's University from 2015 to 2017.
