Georgina Karalekas

Georgina Karalekas, M.B.A has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Georgina currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources at Maryville, starting in July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Elettric80 SpA as a Human Resources professional, starting in October 2020. From August 2018 to May 2020, they served as a Human Resources Executive at DRIEHAUS ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT, INC. Georgina also held the position of Director of Human Resources at Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. from July 2014 to November 2017 and at Lieberman Management Services from December 2007 to October 2013. Georgina started their HR career at Hawthorne Credit Union in September 2001 as a Human Resources Manager.

Georgina Karalekas, M.B.A, acquired their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) in Organizational Development from DePaul Driehaus College of Business from 2000 to 2004. Prior to this, they also obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Management from DePaul University between 1979 and 1983.
