Richard A. Devine

Mr. Richard Devine served as the Cook County State’s Attorney from 1996 until 2008, where he established that office’s Domestic Violence Unit. He is a former president of the Chicago Park District. Mr. Devine is currently a member of the law firm of Meckler, Bulger, Tilson, Marick Pearson, LLP, and heads up the litigation department of its Chicago office. Beginning in 2009, he serves as a Distinguished Adjunct Professor of Law at Loyola University Chicago. He holds a B.A. degree from Loyola University Chicago and a J.D. degree from Northwestern University School of Law.
