Zachary Greer

Zachary Greer is an experienced culinary and food service professional with a diverse background in various restaurant and hospitality settings. Currently serving as Chef/Job Coach at Maryville Academy since November 2020, Zachary manages food service operations, designs culinary facilities, and provides vocational training for students. Previous roles include Expediter at ERTE AND THE PEACOCK LOUNGE, where Zachary improved efficiency, and Purchasing and Operations Manager at Fhimas Minneapolis, overseeing high-end catering and nutrition programs for professional sports teams. Zachary has also held positions such as Sous Chef and Food Service Coordinator for the Minnesota Timberwolves and Lynx, and gained foundational experience at Lou Malnati's Pizzeria and Bob Chinn's Crabhouse.
