Joseph Miniscalco has held various leadership positions in the education sector, with experience in areas such as instructional technology, curriculum development, and school improvement. Currently serving as an Associate at Marzano Resources and the Executive Director of School Improvement at Richardson ISD, Joseph also founded Project: Cause An Effect Educational Consulting Services, where Joseph provides professional learning and coaching services to the K-12 market. With a background in educational leadership and administration, Joseph has driven positive change in school districts such as Dallas ISD and McKinney ISD.
