Shweta Shetty began their work experience in 2017 as an Executive Recruiter & Talent Acquisition at UpMan Placements. Shweta then joined Tata AIA Life Insurance as an HR employee in October 2017, where they worked until June 2021. Shweta Shetty completed their education chronologically as follows: Shweta attended ST. Francis of Assisi Convent High School from 2000 to 2012, where they pursued their 12th degree in commerce. Afterward, from 2012 to 2015, Shweta studied at S.S. Agrawal College, majoring in Marketing to earn their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Finally, they furthered their education at Parul University from 2015 to 2017, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR.
