Alberto Troiano

Alberto Troiano has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies. Alberto is currently employed at MAS Global Consulting as a Senior Advanced DevOps Engineer since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Crossover for Work as a Senior Cloud Operations Engineer and L2 Customer Support Engineer from January 2022 to the present.

Before joining Crossover for Work, Alberto was a Senior Information Security Engineer and an Ingeniero de Seguridad SOX at Tigo Bolivia from October 2019 to March 2021. Alberto also worked as the Jefe de Infraestructura at Diario Mayor EL DEBER from August 2017 to May 2019.

Alberto's earlier work experience includes positions such as Business Support Engineer at TIGO Bolivia from December 2015 to July 2017, IT Helpdesk Manager at IMCRUZ in 2015, ITS Assistant at Kimberly-Clark from August 2014 to June 2015, and Jefe de Tecnología at Las Palmas Country Club from November 2013 to July 2014.

Starting their career at DHL in 2006, Alberto held various roles including Jefe de Calidad from January 2012 to July 2012, Jefe de IT from January 2009 to December 2011, and Analista de IT from January 2006 to December 2009. Alberto also served as the Jefe de Soporte Tecnico at Solintec SRL from July 2005 to January 2006.

Alberto Troiano began their education by attending the China Academy of Space Technology from 2012 to 2013. During this time, they pursued a degree in Telecommunications satellite design and focused on the field of Satellite Design.

Afterwards, Alberto Troiano attended the Universidad Privada Domingo Savio from 2002 to 2008. During this period, they completed their studies and obtained a degree as an Ingeniero de Sistemas, specializing in Information Technology.

In addition to their formal education, Alberto Troiano obtained several certifications to enhance their knowledge and skills. Alberto obtained the certification for Verified International Academic Qualifications - Master in Computer Science from the World Education Services in February 2023. Alberto also holds certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS), including the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner obtained in December 2021 and the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate obtained in July 2022. Additionally, they acquired the Administering Imperva Security Infrastructure certification from Imperva, Inc. in January 2021.
