Carlos Casanova

Carlos Casanova is an experienced software manager currently serving as Associate Software Manager at MAS Global Consulting since June 2021, where responsibilities include leading the implementation of software development best practices and guiding developers in their career paths. Prior to this, Carlos held the roles of Software Engineering Lead and Product Manager at RWS Moravia from October 2018 to June 2021, focusing on managing development teams and defining product strategies. Carlos also served as Technical Team Lead and Senior Software Developer at Moravia from January 2013 to October 2018, and has held multiple positions in software development and management since beginning the career in 2005. Academically, Carlos holds an Engineer's degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Abierta Interamericana and a System Engineer degree from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional.
