Dinesh Tennakoon

Dinesh Tennakoon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and administration, currently serving as the Head of Human Resource & Administration at MAS Holdings since August 2013. In this role, Dinesh oversees HR and administrative functions for the factory, including recruitment, training and development, employee engagement, compliance, and strategic projects aimed at enhancing workplace culture and sustainability. Dinesh has also held several key positions within MAS Holdings, contributing to various initiatives and projects like the Double Shift Conversion and Women Go Beyond. Dinesh holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from Asia e University and a B.Sc. in Human Resource Management from Eastern University Sri Lanka, along with relevant certifications in Lean Management and Labor Relations.
