Fran Keane-Foster

Fran Keane-Foster, JD, LLM, CHC, CPHC, is an experienced compliance and privacy professional currently serving as Compliance Officer/Privacy Officer at MASA MTS since June 2023, where responsibilities include developing a compliance framework and maintaining legal policies.
