Previously, Kristina held roles at Facebook and Google, focusing on HR coaching, university recruitment strategies, and internal mobility. Kristina's career began at Mercer, where skills in compensation and benefits consulting were developed. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Lancaster University and a Master's in Human Resource Management from the National College of Ireland.
