Dr. J Jessy Christin Ph.D, DTM has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several years. Following this, in 1994 they obtained a Diploma in Training and Development from The Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD). Dr. Christin then pursued further studies and acquired a Master of Technology (M Tech) degree in Engineering Management, specializing in HR, from Manipal Institute of Technology in 1994. Dr J Jessy later enrolled in Alliance University and successfully completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Human Resource Management in 2017.
